Black Green Nail Polish

One of my favorite colors for fall nail polish right now is Deborah Lippmann’s Billionaire. This black green is super dark.

Deborah Lippmann's Billionaire nail polish under artificial lighting.

This is the first time I have tried Deborah Lippmann nail polish and I love it; although on the first coat I was concerned I wouldn’t. I picked up another DL at the same time so I am looking forward to trying that one too.

Another view of artificial lighting over nails.

According to the package this nail polish is made with Aucoumea, Biotin, and Green Tea — O.o.

Darker room with flash.

It also said to use a base coat and a top coat. I wasn’t going to put one on because it had such an awesome sheen without one.

It took me three coats to get this opaque look which looks black in some light and dark green in other light; like the sunlight below.

What my nails look like in direction sunlight -- more green.

You can still find this polish at DL’s official site, $17; at Amazon for $16 (plus free shipping if you spend $35–like on a book); or at NailPolishCanada for $13.

About Moe Wood

About a year ago I became the most obsessed with nail polish than any other period of my life. I decided I'd like to share this obsession with others and started this blog (I have been blogging elsewhere for over five years). I am not a nail art professional. I like to keep my nails relatively short and to keep to the basics when it comes to polish/design/art etc. I love all kinds of colors and do not believe in specific colors for specific ages, if you love it wear it!
